Steel wire meshe reinforced composite HDPE pipe (SRTP) is a new type of medium high and low pressure composite pipe that uses high-strength plastic steel wire as the reinforcement material, and both the inner and outer layers are double-sided composite thermoplastic plastics. Due to the steel bars being covered in continuous thermoplastic materials, this composite pipe not only overcomes the respective shortcomings of steel pipes and plastic pipes, but also has the common advantages of steel pipes and plastic pipes. It has the characteristics of tensile resistance, high pressure resistance, and high temperature resistance.
It is a solution for large-diameter rigid pipelines urgently needed in fields such as construction, municipal engineering, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food, mining, and natural gas. The fittings used in the steel wire mesh plastic reinforced composite pipe system are electric hot melt fittings. When connecting, use the internal heating element of the pipe fittings to melt the outer plastic of the pipeline and the inner plastic of the pipe fittings, making them reliably connected.

1. Corrosion resistance to wide range of corrosive media.
2. Non-toxic, safe and hygiene, ideal for use in environment friendly water supply-drainage pipeline and gas pipeline.
3. Good sealing. Electric hot melting is used for jointing the pipes and pipe fittings are fused together, forming a no-leaking joint.
4. High resistance to underground movement and loading at pipe end. Stress releasing characteristics of polyethylene can effectively release the internal stress of the pipe through deformation and thus the pipe has sufficient resistance to pipe end stress and no expensive way of anchoring is necessary for pipe laying.
5. Good resistance to rapid crack propagation (RCP) and slow crack growing (SCG).
6. Good hydraulic property. Because the pipe's inner wall is smooth, resistance to medium flow is low and capacity of delivery is higher than conventional pipe by 30%.
7. Good toughness and possible seismic resistance
8. Good dimensional stability and impact resistance.
9. Easiness in laying. If buried, the pipe can withstand abrupt impact load caused by land subsidence, land sliding, vehicle, etc. with no need to have concrete foundation, and thus pipe installation is quick construction cost is lessened.

10. Long service life: Service life for safety use is 50 years.
11. Wide application range. The pipe can be widely used in municipal utilities (gas delivery and distribution pipelines, buried water supply-drainage pipeline, pharmacy, metallurgy, mining, etc.as well as in agricultural irrigation system).
